Liked: Hotel in the center of Trelleborg, very friendly stuff. Great breakfast

Liked: Good location to central station, restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Our room was cold and the radiators would not work. Reported and given the tiniest of heaterLuke warm shower, with very little power. Also reported.The reception area had a strange sewage type of smell, commented on by a few people we were with. could not have been missed by the staff...We do not consider the hotel value for money compared to other accommodation we have stated during this touring Sweden trip.

Decorative cushions

Liked: Uneventful stay, easy to check-in. Good breakfast, Slept well in the bed.
Disliked: I guess the hotel does not wash their decorative cushions too often and therefore it is not nice to find them residing on top of the regular cushion when entering the room

Good option for overnight stay

Liked: The rooms were decent and the best perk about this is the location close to the ferry. It's more than enough for an overnight stay.

Great place

Liked: A great place to stay in Trelleborg. The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious and my wife with my 2 year old son loved it overall.

Liked: We arrived under serious distress because we had accidentally left a daypack with documents and crucial medication on the train. All the staff were exceptionally helpful in every way (phone calls, easy payment options for additional nights, emotional support) until the backpack was retrieved a few days later. We are very very grateful. The room and the breakfast were also excellent.
Disliked: nothing
