Dissapointed.

Liked: Staff is rude . And inconsiderate . They cancelled my reservation and didn’t notify me . The lady at the window waved her hand at me walked away , basically telling me to shut up. Her husband came out and gave me a ridiculous response when I asked him why they didn’t notify me . Super rude .
Disliked: They need new staff .

Close to airport. Needed more...

Liked: Liked that there was free parking. Room and bed were comfortable. Good sizes tv.
Disliked: There were only 2 pillows and I would have preferred at least 4.The stay would have been greatly improved by having tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also a hairdryer. There was only one bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths. Another bath towel would have been good as it was a room for two people.

Disliked: They have cancelled our stay minutes before our arrival, stopped communicating and charged us the full amount. Very disappointing.
