Liked: The room was lovely, furnished and decorated to high standard with a huge tv which I was able to watch iPlayer through my phone on. Lovely.
Disliked: Flat charge for breakfast. £15 for toast and cereal steep, I had no time to wait for anything cooked.

Liked: Very friendly. Dinner was excellent. Made me feel at home. Had a problem at breakfast with having a peppermint tea which the ladies on reception sorted out very quickly!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great location. Good parking. Clean nice room.
Disliked: Sofa bed for teenage daughter was a bit uncomfortable and we only had 2 mugs in the room but there were 3 of us. Also there was a wedding on and it was a bit noisy.

Liked: We didn't dine at the hotel as we had prior arrangements with family, we have however stayed before and would highly recommend the breakfast. The rooms are lovely and very tastefully decorated
Disliked: When booking I rang the hotel and didn't feel the person I spoke to was very helpful, which is why we eventually went through Booking.com

Pleasant cosy hotel

Liked: The hotel is located within a reasonable distance of the city centre, is comfortable and clean and has a nice bar and restaurant with good food. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The rooms are on the small side and parking can be an issue sometimes because of the size of the car park.
