Liked: Location and ambience
Disliked: The room was not the best . Freezing cold reported nothing done . Cracked bathroom tiles and taper up bath side and freezing cold in there . This was an upgrade but was very sadly lacking .we were given vouchers for ten per cent off the dining room meals and it wasn’t applied . This was brought up and was declined ! Poor when it wasn’t is is for until checkout.Sad because I would stay but they need to upgrade

Liked: The two things that were fantastic about this hotel was the great location and the fabulous breakfast , good well stocked bar and clean rooms , overall a very well looked after hotel with free secure parking
