Disliked: The fact that my Mom and I were on the fourth floor and when the electricity went out on 10/10/2024, no one offered to help us down four flights of stairs. My Mom uses a walker due to her medical condition. No one ever checked on us. Your company is getting paid, but we we're left in the dark. We had a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Milton and we are not able to get back to our house due to flooding. We deserved better treatment. Please reach out to me concerning this survey.

Liked: The front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming . Especially Pete ! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best.
Disliked: The only thing was was the power was out from the hurricane, but the front desk associates were still great
