Fantastic vacation!

Liked: Facility was beautiful. Staff was friendly & helpful.we enjoyed the pools & the beach. Food was very good.
Disliked: A few water issues with one of our rooms, but it was fixed during our stay. Valet was nice but kind of expensive when there are not other options.

Liked: The experience overall was good including location, beach, pool and the room.
Disliked: We stayed for a month. We did not like, and actually resented, having to pay $39.00 per day for valet parking when I could self park, which I prefer, at the Hilton, a two minute walk away, for $25.00 per day. I think unless the hotel agrees to a long term parking arrangement, 21 days or more, that is less expensive, we very likely will not be coming back. Our cost for parking was much more expensive than renting a brand new SUV from a major rental car agency for the same period of time.

Liked: Property was amazingggggg; my kids loved their stay!

Convenient all in one place...

Liked: Spacious suites with all to be independent from the restaurant, own serviced beach, good location
Disliked: It was renovation and reception people are not friendly at all.

Relaxing and comfortable.

Liked: The pools accommodating families with kids was our favorite part. The accommodations met all of our needs. The staff was kind, warm, and caring. The resort was comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Disliked: We wish there were more events or activities to watch/participate in. Perhaps karaoke, a comedian, or paint/sip. I would feel great to not need to leave the resort!

Very inconvenient and overpriced

Liked: I like the rooms and I like the food
Disliked: I didn’t like how much it cost when it was under construction it was that’s a joke. I didn’t like they put $1000 hold on your room and don’t give it back to you for 5 to 7 days is very inconvenient. I didn’t like that I put in my notes. Do not put me by the stairs or the elevator or the kiddy pool .. and they did it anyways for a renovations a hotel should accommodate you more and not be $1500 a night when your inconvenient
