Great place to stay, will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to tons of places (Farmers Market, Beverly Center, Saban Theater). The onsite restaurant/bar had good food and friendly staff. Lots of local eateries and shopping. Tons of fun.

Not worth the money

Liked: It’s a nice location, nice design and cute restaurant terrace. Almost everyone working at reception was nice and kind.
Disliked: We found service not good. It took a very long time for someone to come to us at the restaurant. Once at the restaurant they were even too lazy to properly put a fork and knife for us, so they just dropped it to the table next to us. We had to really make so much effort to make the waiter see us each time we came. We felt like we bigger the waiter with our requests. And it felt ridiculous to pay 20% tip for all that after. The room was not cleaned well at all. Washed my hair and after for 2 full days the cleaners wouldn’t clean the hair from the floor in the corners. Only cleaned it once we complained. They also wouldn’t clean the table in the room from coffee drops for days, but at that point we were too tired to go complain again. Really all the cleaning services did was put the bed. After all that, we had a confusion with the payment. Felt like people at the reception door communauté between each other and one person has no idea what the other one told us before. We were fully charged for the whole stay when checked in and told that this deposit will be counted after towards the room payment so we would just have to pay extras. We checked out and were charged full amount a few days after we left and the extras as well. Still waiting for “that deposit” to be back on my bank account. Called the receptionist about that double looking payment and they didn’t even apologise. Spoke to me like they can’t care less and told me they can’t help and only manager can help. Manager didn’t reply for a full day about it and only replied after I’ve called again and again and followed up the by email since first email wasn’t replied to for a day. Just a mess. Definitely not worth the money and won’t come again

Meet my needs. Not unpleasant....

Liked: Location was perfect for my trip - visit family in the area. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room and public spaces were accessible for my wife who has mobility challenges.
Disliked: Room service - food was good. Presentation and accoutrements were subpar. Missing silverware. No salt and pepper. Missing the touch that said we care about your dining experience beyond the food. Not what I expected of a hotel that says they are luxury hotel.

Liked: The staff were very kind. Everyone was very nice. The rooms were extremely decorated even the pool area. Had a separate lounge area with multiple beverages and even Candie.
Disliked: I liked everything about the property. The pool could’ve been a little bit bit bigger.

Liked: There was construction going on outside our room. It was very noisy early in the mornings. We were not advised of this at the time of booking. Room hygiene also an issue.
