Nice view; nice and helpful people at front desk.

Liked: Nice view; comfy pillows. Young man at front desk was extremely helpful and kind.
Disliked: Had trouble with lights - ones on side of bed would not turn on.

Great place, love the decor

Liked: Great service from reception team. Love the decor and room.
Disliked: The coffee counter team spent a lot of time overlooking customers more interested in their own conversations. A female member of the team made someone wait about 3-5mins before serving a customer because she was having a 'nice chat' with another guest.

Very good

Liked: Cute hotel and I really liked the robes in the bathroom. The location was perfect.
Disliked: Our room was really small. We weren't there long so it wasn't an issue.

Came up for a concert...

Liked: The location is PERFECT!! close to everything by foot as well as close to many bus lines to the trainstation etc. Lobby/lounge is exceptional, style: adorable, restaurant/bar: excellent. Bed was awesome, bathroom/shower perfect. would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in central location

Liked: Loved the decor, the style of the lobby, the rooms, and the restaurant. It had a very welcoming and stylish vibe and a nice break from what was going on outside (tourists/homeless). Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: We would have appreciated a room that was either higher or not facing the lane, where there was a lot of homeless and drug induced noise. We were on the second floor, above the alley, and heard every word of those walking through the lane, some with serious mental health issues. I realize that earplugs were provided but that is not an adequate solution. The bed was far too soft and if our stay was for any longer period, we may have had to change hotels/rooms. Charging $18 for a bottle of water was absolutely ridiculous and somewhat insulting.

Weekend in Seattle.

Liked: Wonderful lounge and breakfast restaurant/ bar on site. Very convenient to Pikes Market.
Disliked: Because of the location, urban street noise was an issue until about midnight. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was just right.. The front desk kindly offered early check-in.

Mixed experience

Liked: Great location. Restaurant onsite happy hour very good.
Disliked: I would have given this hotel a much better rating but two things were unacceptable. 1. The pillows were absolutely disgusting. They smelled terrible. We had to put our clothes over them to try and hide the smell. FYI, Palihotel, you don’t just buy pillows and then never ever refresh with new ones. Gross. I came home and washed every single thing I had in the bag to try and forget the scent. And I’m not blaming the cleaning staff, it’s not like they can go out and buy new pillows that has to be management and the owners fault. Everything else was clean. 2. The shower trickled water at times and then several times absolutely quite with no water. Then came back with cold water.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!...

Liked: The property itself was as pictured! Lovely vintage theme interior that feels very cozy & good change of energy from the market
Disliked: The rooms were very very small. Still loved the vibe of the rooms especially the bathroom even the lighting is terrible. It felt more like a boarding room.

Great location, nice design, friendly...

Liked: The location is excellent and I love the design. The bunkbed room was perfect for me and my friend and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and the provided products were nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the drink coupon for the attached restaurant was a nice bonus. There's an Hmart for snacks within walking distance.
Disliked: As other reviews noted, there's a lot of very early morning noise in the alley outside the hotel. Although there is a coffee maker in the room, we had to ask several times for coffee pods. We also had to ask for our room to be cleaned. The bathroom door requires a lot of pulling, lifting (and noise) to get it to stay closed. We wanted to try the restaurant for dinner on our last night, but it was closed for an event without warning (no posted signs).
