Liked: Nice view; comfy pillows. Young man at front desk was extremely helpful and kind.
Disliked: Had trouble with lights - ones on side of bed would not turn on.

Liked: The Palihotel- Seattle has an excellent downtown location.
Disliked: The staff were incredibly unhelpful to outright rude at times. Specific example: according to Booking.com, this property has parking. It does not have parking! It contracts with a garage a block and a half away that grossly overcharged me ($81 for two days). First was told by Pali Hotel staff that parking was complementary and all I had to do was follow directions to the hotel , when I was presented with an $81 bill I called the hotel back and was told that I was supposed to scan a QR code that was never explained to me the first day, I was told to call back the following day and the hotel would help me resolve the issue with the parking garage. When I called back a third time the person at the front desk flat out told me he could not help me, and gave me a text number to customer service that would not let me talk to a human unless I entered a reservation code that I did not have..So in summary, great Seattle location, crappy, dismissive customer service with unexplained and unanticipated charges. Will not be doing business with them again at this or any of their other locations.
