Good value for money hotel...

Liked: Loved the aesthetic!
Disliked: The location was central to many points of interest, though it was a bit noisy. The hotel warned us of this upon check-in and ear plugs were provided in the room.

Liked: It is cheap
Disliked: The room was cold and hearer didnt work. Water would barely get lukewarm. I had forgotten my iphone charger and they would not lend me one even for a few hours even though they had one. I tried to extend my stay by a night, they told me to book online at the lobby. Then they charged me a second CC hold even though they still had the first one. They said it did not go through so charged me again (at this point 3x). They then realized the issue was their system.I would rather sleep on the streets of the Tenderloin than stay here again.

Liked: We love this hotel. It has amazing charm, is comfortable, and the staff is so accommodating and lovely.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: This is now my favorite hotel in the city. The staff from Rachel, Donny, and Mimi, and the several others that I dealt with went above and beyond. They were absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Truly an amazing experience. Outstanding!!

Passable

Liked: Room was small, sink was broken and we had to prop up the cover to let water floor.
Disliked: Initial front desk was accommodating and kind but the rest of the front desk throughout our stay were rude. We were told we would get room cleaning our 3rd day and even went downstairs to remind them to have our room clean as we will be gone all day. Exhausted from activities and looking forward for a clean room, we got back and it was not clean and when I mentioned it to the front desk she was rude AF.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly. Very quaint hotel. Loved the exposed brick and steel beams. Great location to walk to everything.
Disliked: Unfortunately down the street at the Hyatt protesters were out 24/7. You could hear them at Palihotel. No fault of Palihotel. They would start at 7:00 am and go until 10:00 pm. We tuned them out with music.
