Liked: Nice pool. Everything else dreadful
Disliked: Staff were miserable and unhelpful. No bell bot to help with luggage. We stayed 4 nights and they only cleaned our room once closing they could not get access to room which was a lie. The sheets were not cleaned at all the entire stay. They were filthy. No tissues replaced. Common areas not cleaned. Tissues and trash in corridors and lift. Saw a rat or mouse in corridor one day. Surprised a rodent would even want to be I. The Hotel!!! Really poor grade hotel and horrible staff

Liked: This is in the perfect location!! It is in the middle of everything yet when you’re chilling by the pool area it feels like you’re in a quiet area. It was clean, classy, and I felt safe there

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff...

Liked: I had an amazing stay at Palihotel Hollywood, the staff were amazing and super helpful, rooms were beautiful, clean and well stocked with amenities, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the pool and decor of the property - it felt like a tropical oasis escape in the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
Disliked: I could hear a bit of noise from the room above me, but a bit of noise is to be expected when staying at a property over the weekend! Next time I will book a room on the upper floor.
