Disliked: hotel facilities a bit old,...lift and so on.No bottle of water courtesy...7USD for a bottle of water....

Pleasantly surprised by nice, boutique...

Liked: This place has really nice, comfortable and updated/modern decor. The front desk person was very friendly and professional. We were very pleased that our room included nice robes and was clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was right next to a staircase so our room was not as quiet as we'd like. Some people were going up and down at 3 am. When we came to take a nap during the day, we could hear the housekeeper's vacuum upstairs like it was right on top of us. Our (adult) daughter's room was right next to the public bathroom and the security door and she could hear people coming and going so that her room was also not quiet. We paid quite a lot for these rooms, so that was disappointing. These rooms should be significantly discounted. Lastly - Our daughter said that her room was clean except for the floor was a bit dirty.
