Liked: Fabulous. Have stayed there before. We were a little concerned about the change of ownership. It is just as nice, in fact improvements have improved pale Hall. Hoping to go at Christmas.
Disliked: We had a little problem with the water supply to the wash basin. The management apologised profusely, and said it would be fixed immediately. Apart from that everything was wonderful. It is pricey, but worth it.

Liked: We have stayed at Pale Hall many times before, but now under new ownership the attention to detail of how they look after you is second to none, which surprised us because it was excellent before. The food is to die for, one of the best Sunday lunches we have ever had.

Liked: The food was very good, both presentation and quality of cooking and produce were excellent. The staff without exception were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional.

A perfect Winter break where...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming to both ourselves and our dogs! When the first question you are asked is,”Would the dogs like a sausage for breakfast?” You know you’ve made an excellent decision to return to a special place.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.
