Lovely place to stay

Liked: The staff, pool and breakfast were exceptional!
Disliked: The pillows were terrible, really flat and uncomfortable

Our overall experience was pleasant.

Liked: Our overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend it as it was good value for money. I do think the hotel itself is tired and needs attention and the prices at the hotel are not affordable for the clientele they are now targeting. If the hotel is to be high end, it needs attention to detail, if the hotel is targeted at families then the restaurants and rooms services prices need to reflect as such. It is sad to see such a beautiful building so poorly maintained.

Liked: Spacious room. But a little tired and cleanliness not the best. Very disappointed with breakfast service. Each morning we were kept waiting for a table, with little or no acknowledgement from the staff. Coffee orders didn’t arrive or arrived late and incorrect. The waiting staff were very distracted and disinterested. The breakfast food choices were limited after a certain time and options were not replenished despite there being at least another hour of service. Extremely poor for a hotel of this calibre.

Liked: Very luxurious and relaxing. We stayed in the lagoon room which was very pretty and comfortable :)

Liked: Spacious room. Nice communal areas, free parking, friendly concierge
Disliked: Bit dated and old fashioned property. Breakfast items were cold

Liked: Location was great and the pool area was lovely
Disliked: The hotel is a little dated. The tv in our room didn’t work. We were given a new tv, however that also didn’t work. The room faced Marina Mirage, which had a large light faced at our room, so it was quite bright at night.
