I would stay again but...

Liked: Foyer was lovely as usual. Reception staff and restaurant staff were attentive. Bar was great.
Disliked: Down stairs Amazing. But once you head towards your room- It is so run down. We were put in a room all the way down the back and walking through the hallways you noticed how run down it was. They were painting sections so there’s hope of it being revamped. The house cleaning staff were a little slack, the shampoo/conditioner/moisturiser were empty had to ring to get them topped up on day 1 which they did however it’s annoying that for the price the basic house cleaning wasn’t done, 3 people listed as staying in the room- had to ring daily for an additional towel it wasn’t until the 4th day of our 5 day stay that they remembered. The bath was clearly not cleaned. There was leftover rubbish under the bed. All minor things and I will stay again however they do need to step it up a bit if they want to charge the same as it used to be.
