Liked: The breakfast, the lunch. the dinner. practically everything about the restaurant, food, staff - excellent!The internet worked very well. The location is very good.
Disliked: A wrong description of the room resulted in us not having the beds we expected, we couldn't arrange our family in the rooms as we expected, When we showed the wrong information, it took two phonecalls to booking,com to solve it by adding one of the missing single beds, which was a compromise we were ok with. The staff were polite, but provided too many excuses and arrived at solutions quite late. We were also polite, the discussions were on a friendly tone, but we had to push too much to get a solution.The hotel staff promised to talk to booking.com to remove the "error" in the room description.

Liked: Staff were friendly, especially breakfast, Liza was exceptional service. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good location and generally 20 min walk to lively places. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly
Disliked: The TV did not work in both our rooms for all our stay. There was sense urgency to repair the same, leave alone to compensate us partly. As marriott chain, very very suprised.

Liked: Unique, awesome location by lit arch. Convenient location for touring & dining. Very kind staff. Cool suites. Love the little extra touches like free fridge items.
Disliked: Hard to find hotel & carry luggage up long stairs outside hotel.
