Our visit was very memorable,...

Liked: Amazing service, staff are SO helpful and friendly and take amazing care of you. The hotel is so cozy and the location is literally a 5 minute walk from anywhere you might want to visit! Staff helped us with everything from regular requests to making reservations/arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations.
Disliked: Room service is only available for breakfast, wish they had room service all day or at least up until dinner time :)

Liked: From the first moment I entered the hotel... the smell of roses in the place... and the kind reception
Disliked: I was ashamed of the pictures of the paintings distributed on the wall in the hotel
