Liked: Very nice hotel, great appartment, very helpful and friendly staff. Humidity is high inside the appt ,but that's a common issue in Florence.

Traveling in time in Florence

Liked: Everything was just perfect. Service was great and location is nearby everything. A lot of history in this place, you will feel like time traveling. Place was very big, clean and comfortable.

I felt like royalty staying...

Liked: The room was gorgeous… loved the bath! Such a good location! Friendly staff!
Disliked: The bed was very firm but that is normal in most Italian hotels and every other place we stayed. So not a big deal.

Liked: The staff are incredible, gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and local shopping like leather goods and cologne. They were even kind enough to book restaurants for us over the phone when the website booking was closed. The room was very large and comfortable. The location is fantastic, made Florence even easier to get around comfortably.

Wonderful stay in this hotel

Liked: Clean and spacious room and proper facilities The best thing is helpful & friendly staff.
Disliked: I think the bed should be more comfortable. I have a bit backache after waking up every morning.

Beautiful room. Beautiful staff. Amazing...

Liked: The location is exceptional. We loved the old building and the super retro lift. The hotel itself is clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed our stay
Disliked: If I had to be super picky… due to the age of the building there’s very little sound proofing. But as I say is to be expected of an old building. The mattress was quite hard but that’s personal taste!
