Liked: Neighbourhood is nice, everything is ok (but nothing excellen), lobby area is pleasant, nice choice of books, metro is 5 minutes away
Disliked: Not really 5-star property, our room door was not working as it should work, even though we informed the reception. Balcony door was also not working normally (you shouldn’t lock it completely, and balcony is easily approachable by anyone).Breakfast should be less basic for a 5-star property (when you stay more than one day you can’t change as offer is quite basic).

Had stolen items and staff...
Disliked: DO NOT STAY. We had designer clothing and money stolen (when left at concierge and also in our room); and the staff were unhelpful. We made a police report and wanted to speak with the manager Jessica but she did not want to come out to face us at all. There are no cameras in the lobby and the hall of the rooms, so we have no way of finding who went in/ out. Do NOT recommend and will NOT stay again.
