Beautiful, charming boutique hotel in...

Liked: gorgeous boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, small (only four rooms), helpful staff who were very helpful, soap/shampoo provided smelled amazing. fantastic location.
Disliked: these are nitpicky was we loved the hotel. bed was ok, but could have been more comfortable. The prestige suite didn't have any windows at eye level.

Disliked: It wasn’t clear at the time of booking that this was less of a hotel and so had none of the facilities that a hotel would have. No bar, breakfast option, reception lounge area etc. Although this has its positive side too, I think some people might find it a little too isolated

Liked: The location was perfect for our visit in Florence. Staff was helpful and very pleasant. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Liked: Fantastic location . Once you find it , hidden and then go to first floor and the bedroom, it’s a wow moment . Beautifully done

Liked: location is exceptional, the story of Bianca Capello who lived in this palace intriguing and last but not least staff is very attentive to your needs and have been very helpful. Breakfast is yummy too!
Disliked: We had the executive Room which was big enough for our family but a tad dark
