Cute stay in Vienna

Liked: Theo’s Bar was cosy. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean!
Disliked: Did not care for the separate in room breakfast menu due to the additional costs that came with that menu. Considering the price of staying at the hotel, if a guest has procured the additional cost of including breakfast in their room rate, I don’t see why it wouldn’t be reasonable for it to be delivered to the room with just a service charge.

Liked: Good, already tried the location several times.
Disliked: We were in the hotel two years ago. At that time it was still Kempinski. The difference is fundamental. The inattention of the staff upon arrival, when no one helped us with the luggage. The door to the room was jammed and it was impossible to get into the room. The coffee maker was out of water and half of the NESPRESSO tablets were wet, so it didn't make any coffee. After this experience, we know that we will stay elsewhere on our trip to Vienna.

Liked: Everything was very clean and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: However, we paid for two identical rooms, each was a different size, one of them was difficult to walk in.There are only closets in the hallway of the room there is nowhere to hang a coat.
