Great location in the heart...
Liked: The location was simply perfect. It is incredibly close to Hofburg, since we went for the ball season. You can easily go to Albertina & Stephansplatz, which is a lovely short walk. The location makes the accommodation entirely worth it. Internet was fast. The room is identical to the picture, you get exactly what you pay for.
Disliked: The shower is a little bit old and the elevator of the building, figuring since it's a very old building. But there was plenty of very hot water at all times which was great. There's no view outside the room. There's no reception or other staff, but they respond fastly via messaging.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL...

Disliked: Scam alert – Do not book!This place doesn’t exist!We arrived on Friday night, found the building, and spent 15 minutes searching for our “hotel.” When we went up to the second floor, we found a completely different hotel name. The phone number listed on the booking was never answered, despite calling about 10 times. The messages we received through the booking portal were delayed and confusing. There was no staff, and rooms were left wide open. When we called a different number listed at the “reception,” a man yelled at us, saying we were at the wrong place.There was absolutely no support!The “hotel” took both a deposit and full payment from my account, leaving me £400 out of pocket. If this isn’t resolved by the end of the week, I’ll be taking legal action.I’ve contacted Booking.com to get a full refund and ensure this scam is stopped.We had to find another hotel that same night.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!I hope Booking.com will remove them from their listings.

Terrible
Disliked: 15 days later and I still haven’t received my 250 euro deposit back. The contents of the room probably don’t even equate to 250 euro.Shocking customer service. It took over an hour to actually get into the room when I arrived. Self check-in is all well and good if you are given instructions or if the people answer their phones! Neither happened. You are left wandering around various buildings going into other businesses not knowing where to go or who to deal with. No signage. The whole ordeal was shocking. The rooms could do with a refurbishment. No ironing facilities. I phoned 5 times to request an iron and every time they said they would get back to me but didn’t. The “staff” are not located anywhere near the building, there are no staff on-site.Having seen other reviews it is clear that they try and keep your deposit until you start threatening with legal action.

Liked: Location was central.
Disliked: They took €250 security deposit from my credit card, which they never returned till today (3 weeks later).

Liked: I liked the location and that it was clean.
Disliked: There was no reception desk, nor lobby. In case something had happened, or I wasn't able to to find a room, there was nobody to reach out to.There was no information on how to get to the room before 15h (all the info came from information portal). Room labels were not well written (e.g. instead of 204 as mentioned via information portal, the room label was 2/04 whereas other rooms were 207 and 209) and these labels were placed in between the doors instead of being placed on the doors (it was difficult to find the room).Some of the doors of flats had different lock panels and some didn't have it at all. I was surpised to get to know that the unlocing code that I have been given was of no use as there was no lock panel for entering digit codes.My room was not available and was occupied by someone else so I had to find help as nobody responded to me on time. Luckily, I found a handyman who told me to go to another room This information came from handyman who was there, but this information didn't come through the information portal (no proper coordination in between the staff team members of the accommodation).Cleaning fee of 40 eur was excluded and mentioned in small gray letters (this should have been bolded and included in the full price instead of luring people with smaller price).The main central lighting was blinking. It was a bit colder in the room and I didn't know how to increase the heating.

Very good
Disliked: Hard to check in, behind another competing business who made us walk 2 floors to end up behind one wall anyway, a lot of construction going on. But overall great location and tiny and all we needed.
