Worst hotel stay ever

Disliked: Insects and cockroaches in the roomChanged rooms and hotel between signature and boutiqueOne room had the coffee pot and the other didn't.Both bed side lights were broken.Rooms doesn't have enough lights. Very darkThe carpet in the room was not clean and smelledRequested to clean the room but the housekeeping forgot to clean it twice during our 4 days stayBreakfast is sub par. 12 people seating breakfast area shared between 2 hotels of approx. 200 people capacity
