Liked: Price was fair for what you get.
Disliked: The staff at the front was very odd. They have a glass enclosure that is very off-putting. It made me very nervous to stay there, since they need bullet proof glass, what about the customers? The hotel caters to dog owners. There were medium to large dogs everywhere. The hotel has no carpet, so we wondered why...... My wife is ill and has to be in a clean environment as much as possible. We will not stay here again.The breakfast offerings were, bad coffee, boiled eggs (????), ill cooked waffles and children's cereal. You have to "Check in," to eat breakfast which we have never encountered before. They have signs everywhere warning everyone about their strict rules. It reminded me of a poorly run school.

Liked: I ended up checking out and getting a better room. There was a smell, ppl just loitering, and the carpet was so dirty. I changed my shoes and my feet touched the floor, it was so disgusting.

Liked: Location into to Katy and downtown Houston was good.
Disliked: The room had a funny smell that we think was the aircon. The wardrobe smelled damp and foisty the same as the room. The air-conditioning was very loud.
