Beautiful resort, great pools, very...

Liked: I loved the level of safety and security of the resort, I felt safe at all times. I loved the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, their customer service was excellent! I really liked the room because it was clean and comfortable, and it was nicely decorated and designed. I really liked the number of pools and the swim-up bars, we got to try a different pool every day. I liked the buffets they had available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food was good. I liked the ease of the shuttle to the beach and the pool and restaurant at the beach, plus the service was excellent! I liked the bartenders and the delicious drinks they made, they were all very attentive too.
Disliked: I didn't like that my all-inclusive benefits didn't start until 1:00pm on my day of arrival despite my arrival being at 7:00am. I didn't like that they didn't have 24 hour access to food. The food at the restaurants was just okay. I didn't like that the main pool in the family friendly area was dirty likely due to the debris from the nearby construction (though this will resolve once construction at their new restaurant is done).

Beautiful hotel with fine dining...

Liked: Excellent location near airport. Excellent restaurants with high-quality food and great customer service. The hotel property was beautiful and enjoyable to walk through with many sculptures and fountains. Had the feeling of a fine European Italian resort.
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected. Very noisy hotel, with noisy guests in room next to us as well as above us, loud noisy people in the hallways and our room was above a bar area with loud music in the evening not as relaxing and as enjoyable as we hoped. Not near beach or ocean views. No beach area or access. Not close to anything with in walking distance.

Liked: The property was not bad. The clerk staff was stuck up and charged me double due to me not advising that a family member was going to stay with me. I ordered two bedrooms due to me visiting family. But the guy still charged me for an extra person.
Disliked: Having to pay twice for two rooms.

Liked: Car parking free of charge, good location in Diamante.
Disliked: Absolutely overpriced, hotel was overall OK but paying almost $200 per night without breakfast would have to be on a completely different standard for me to be ok. No natural orange or other fruit juices available at the buffet in a country where oranges are growing like crazy, and everyone is having just that on a daily basis as something absolutely regular.
