Liked: Amazing Rooftop Terrace Bar and views, Hammam, Bed, lounge areas, location, restaurant…People are lovely!
Disliked: Could be more space to set toiletries in bathroom

Great location and excellent service

Liked: The breakfast is abundant and the service excellent. We love the room and the huge king size bed. The design is beautiful and the hotel is gorgeous.
Disliked: The room is quite small and the show basin is not deep enough. When the rainforest shower is on, the water ran so hard it leaked out of the show cabin.

when i come again to...

Liked: the best location in Granada. the staff are too friendly… even the breakfast was so good… also we got late check out and they provided us with another room for a free of charge too.
Disliked: the house keeping they need be more focus when they work

Liked: The hotel is quite new but it is in the building is of the former bank, therefore you enjoy modern facilieties in wonderful interior.The staff is wonderful, too. Beginning with very detailed instructions of arrival, attention to your comfort is excepional. Thank you!
