Lovely stay
Liked: Location was close to the areas we want to visit/see in Granada. Staff were helpful and we were able to check in right away. The room and linens were clean. Bed was comfortable. Wished we stayed for another night.
Disliked: Nothing. Guests with large/heavy luggages might find the stairs to the rooms a challenge, though staff readily offers assistance.

Liked: Incredible historic property, in a fabulous location!
Disliked: It took a long time for the water to get hot, and then at best it was less hot than desired. There can be a fair bit of street noise at night.

Liked: Location, view from our room was awesome. The bathroom was REGAL too, bathrobes and large tub was just wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast and walking to many sites near by. This property looks like a converted castle, really beautiful throughout.

Wonderful.
Liked: We had a junior suite and it was fabulous- masses of room and a great view. Very comfortable too. The bathroom was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Raquel on reception and the lovely lady in charge of breakfasts.
Disliked: We hadn’t realised that access to the room was up some very steep stairs - luckily Raquel arranged for someone to take our cases up on arrival. It was not a major problem for us, but I think the website should make it clearer that even the entrance would be difficult for some people to manage and only a few rooms are accessible by lift.
