Disliked: Our stay at the hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, the entire lobby had a terrible smell, likely due to the casino, and there was no proper air conditioning to improve the atmosphere. The staff were rude and unhelpful—when I raised a concern about a double deduction on Booking.com, they simply told me to contact my bank or Booking.com instead of assisting. During my three-day stay, there was no room cleaning on the second day. We found the unchanged blankets from the previous night, as well as floors with some dirt from last night. The bathroom amenities were minimal, with no toothpaste provided, which was inconvenient. Lastly, I booked two rooms with a "city view," but one barely had any view, and the other faced the opposite direction. It turned out they considered any room above the 10th floor as "premium city view," which was misleading. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations.
