Great experience from check-in to...

Liked: Great price, great location, tons of amenities.
Disliked: Casino has a stale cigarette smell.

Medical priorities/stress free

Liked: I have upcoming medical appointments in las vegas/henderson areas and commute from arizona,so this place is most comfortable for that reason.Free parking and plentiful eaterys close by. Very stress free.

Disliked: towels were small and scratchy

Liked: The room with a view was great! The hotel itself is old, but the room we got was great. We arrived late in the night, and we got an upgrade to the 20th floor room. The checkin staff was great. The restaurant serves late night food, 5$ pancakes was wonderful and we couldn't finish the pancakes lol!
Disliked: The checkout process was not great. There were 2-3 members crowding at the computer even when there were customers waiting in the line to be served. We found it weird when they had 5-6 lanes, but only one were operational. They need to think about efficiency!
