It was okay, nothing special....

Liked: Close to freeway
Disliked: Big sign says “no smoking, $200 fine” in lobby … we still asked for non smoking room, assume all rooms are due to sign … the people staying in next room was smoking outside their room … smell lingered into our room. The same people must have continued smoking in their room because our room had cigar smell throughout the night. Ugh!

Disliked: There is not enough parking

Disliked: The manager is a scammer and steals your money

Disliked: The staff and the fact they couldn’t help me with my refund after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to contact the property.

Simple and budget friendly.

Liked: I loved the beds. The staff was super nice. Some of the best customer service I have received from a hotel recently. The remodeling of the rooms were good. My room looked just like the pictures.
Disliked: My door was broken and I was unable to leave my room as needed. Staff had to use the master key to let me in. No parking for me. I was the last person to arrive that night so I understand the parking lot can be full. But I did have to park across the street. Luckily the front desk agent watched my car to make sure it wasn't towed or tampered with.
