Horrible staff with horrible attitude

Liked: The property was clean.
Disliked: The staff are very rude. I was staying here for about 3 weeks. I would pay online 1 night everyday and come inside the office in the morning to check in. One morning I came and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front office.This has happened before and I’ve been late to work so I was going to leave a note that I wrote but I was scared that they’d throw my things away so I just waited in the lobby. When he finally came inside it looked as if he just woke up. I told him that I’m late because I waited in the lobby for him so long. I told him about the note and if this would be ok to do in the future if I came to check in for another night and no one was here. He slid the note under the window as if it were trash and he rudely shook his head no. I told him ok I understand and asked what time does the lobby open or what time is the best time to come. He told me 9:00 am was the best time to come inside of the lobby. So if you lock yourself out of your room early in the morning or need to talk to hotel staff you’re out of luck until 9:00 am. I thought that money was already taken out of my account because I reserved on a different site that I normally don’t use. The person in the office at the time had a very thick accent and I couldn’t really understand him he began to walk away very angrily as if I am suppose to understand him when he is not speaking clear English. Luckily there was a woman in the lobby there who could make out what he was saying. This was very disheartening to be treated this way. When I have been paying daily to be here. From now on I will find somewhere else with better staff ! Do not come here if you like people being rude to you when you are spending your money!
