Liked: Central location. Food accessible downstairs. Buffet breakfast. Reception 24 hrs. Big space. Will recommend. None of this was a problem for us, or the the hotel fault, but just be aware under the hotel they have a restaurant that closes at 11, (good food by the way) and also because of location there is a lot of people walking around late night. If you are a light sleeper may want to take that in consideration. Uber couldn’t take us all the way to the property, the path way is a cobblestone road, about 300 meters, keep that in mind if you have big or a lot of luggage.

Liked: Everything was very good but location was on one of the busiest streets with a lot of loud music. It was hard to get to sleep before midnight.

Liked: The location is excellent and the facility managed well. Breakfast is excellent. The team is very nice and doing their best to provide excellent support. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Access with taxi to the hotel is cumbersome and if needed to carry a lot of luggage, it is difficult and can ruin the wheels of the suitcase. The team is doing everything they can to assist but we asked for transfer to the airport knowing we have a lot of luggage and they made a mistake ordering regular taxi and not XL therefore we waited an hour for the new taxi to arrive and almost missed our flight. Luckily for us, their was a change in our flight schedule. Having said that I have to thank the team for their assistance and effort to help resolving the issue.

Spacious room, lively location.

Liked: We liked that the bedroom was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a location that was close to attractions and had restaurants and bars around it and on the ground floor.of it.The check in staff were helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom had a hot shower but it was very small and there wasn't much space for toiletries.Unfortunately the location meant that it was quite noisy at night.We felt reception staff didn't acknowledge us as we went in and out but the fact that non residents came into the restaurant/bar they probably wouldn't know we were staying there.

Good hotel, great location, but...

Liked: First of all, the location was flawless! As soon as you exit the hotel, you're in the heart of the city, and only a min or two away from the main square.The rooms were of good size, and there was both a small fridge and a safe, which is always useful.We were offered a private parking around 150m from the hotel, which was a little expensive and a bit hard to get to, but at least we didn't have to worry about that.
Disliked: Soundproofing in the rooms wasn't the best, and we could often hear the other guests in the hallway, but it wasn't too intrusive. They offered a private parking spot, which we requested, and which they provided. The narrow streets of Prague made it slightly hard to access, but we managed.On the day of departure the receptionist had no idea about the courtyard where our car was parked, nor how to open the gate that they close at night.She tried to text a colleague that said the door should be unlocked - which it wasn't, and the receptionist upon our arrival told us that there's a pass-code to enter.She then tried another colleague, all the while we had to wait for her to figure out something that should be rather simple.All-in-all we lost around 30 minutes upon departure.The staff, mainly upon check-out, wasn't overly friendly. We didn't even get an apology for the above explained.Also, upon delivering the keys the employee just took the keys, and then continued to look in her computer. We weren't asked if everything was satisfactory, did we enjoy our stay or any of the other pleasantries that you're used to. But this was true in restaurants and most other places in Prague too. I guess that's just how the Czechs are.
