Budget hotel

Liked: It was a convenient location - near the railway station and shops. The staff were helpful and the room was clean.
Disliked: There was a bit of noise from the pub downstairs but it didn't go on for too late.

Comfortable, worth money paid.

Liked: The restaurant downstairs was lovely and food was really nice. Staff very friendly. Easy access to shops with supermarket just up the street. Train across the road but didn't hear anything. Loved the complimentaries in the bar, pokies area.
Disliked: Access to rooms- concrete stairs to room/fire exit. Not appealing entrance to rooms- back entrance over metal plates on ground.Other guests leaving towels on floor in bathrooms. Other guests seemed to be long term guests as they were a bit too comfortable and relaxed in shared areas. Could smell cigarette smoke during night and when going to shared kitchen.

Liked: Close to Padstow Stn n Wollies ... restaurants opposite motel.... multiple shops within few minutes walking distance.........comfy bed..... pub on ground floor...... TV.... fridge in room....
Disliked: sl expensive - paid $99/- for one night for a room that fits in one single bed in a room maybe 2 full steps by 6 full steps.....Only single shared bathroom for each sex / gender so you gotta wait yr turn if someone else is showering.Not suitable for those with walking issues coz rooms are up on 1st floor with access via steps.
