False claims, awful experience and...

Liked: Staff on check-in were friendly. The cafeteria and cleaning staff were great.. Breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Extremely cramped, generic and lifeless. It's shocking that this qualifies as a four star hotel. We had the "Superior Suites", which was barebones, small and with views of a depressing industrial mall landscape. The advertising is disingenuous: it mentions spa access but only specifiew that it is for one hour a day after you've made the reservation. The Spa is small and cramped and, by design, not capable of hiring the hotel's room capacity. It gets worse. There will also be a 200 EU block on your credit card to make sure you don't "wreck the room". This blockage triggered my bank to block my card. While the staff on check-in was extremely helpful and kind, the (different) persons at the front desk the next day were defensive and testy when I asked for help to solve the problem, with one of them literally saying that peoole wrecked the rooms every weekend (great recommendation, right?). The hold wasn't released until the person at reception literally went up to the room to check we hadn't wrecked it. It felt patronising and mistrustful. This person's attitude was stunningly awful and anathema to hospitality. The hotel is extremely overpriced (250 a night with breakfast) and an awful experience. Do yourself a favour a book a real four star hotel with a spa - the Padjs doesn't isn't qualify and it's a sham

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: - The place is nice and clean. - It's easily accessible and even has an EV charging option.- The SPA is nice and clean.
Disliked: - The morning breakfast was crowded, the number of seats did not match the number of rooms, and a queue started to form. Waited about 10 minutes before getting a seat.- The hotel is in the middle of a commercial lot, no grass, no tree, no sea.- EV charging is expensive for a 22KW plug. Went to Tesla supercharger 3Km from there.- Jacuzzi would be a nice addition to the SPA, and an actual cold shower a plus after a sauna (the supposedly existing one is quite hot actually).

Disliked: Location is in an industrial area, but easy access.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and nice cotton bedding. We enjoyed the pool and the Steam room.
Disliked: You could put a small fridge in the room. The sauna was out of use , which was a real shame.Also Could do with a nicer shower and no bath.
