Location!

Liked: Location, location, location! Right on the strand! Room was older but quaint and clean! Well appointed with all amenities, kitchen and all. Perfect morning, sitting on the deck with a coffee watching the waves and the surfers!

Perfect location.

Liked: LOCATION!!! Walk to the beach, pier and downtown easily. Very clean, well equipped (kitchen, etc). Easy self check in instructions. Fairly good view of the ocean from Unit 6. Permitted street parking with Unit 6 was issue free, although may be a bit more difficult getting a space in high season. (Units 1-5 have on site parking)
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft for me, could use a light in the closet. Like every accommodation I have ever stayed in, inadequate bathroom lighting. An extra shelf in the bathroom would also be nice, limited counter space for 2 people and our toiletries. I was a bit disappointed to find a non-Weber grill under the Weber grill cover, but I didn't use it, so not a big deal. I'm a Weber fanatic BTW, if you know, you know.

The view is what made...

Liked: The beautiful ocean views. Had issues but they did get back with us. My husband is a plumbing contractor and he fixed the plumbing issues. With the issues I would still stay here again.
Disliked: The floors were really dirty. Dust was thick on everything. Kitchen was clean.

Affordable beach location!

Liked: The location was great, ocean view and not too far from the restaurants and bars. The home was comfortable, with a balcony and “partial” ocean views. Staff was very nice and for the price the property was great.
Disliked: The property was overrun by ants. So guess what we took home with us? ANTS. There is no A/C (didn’t locate a thermostat) so keep that in mind. Luckily the breeze from the ocean and the fans kept us cool. There were no extra linens, a throw blanket for the couch would’ve been nice. The fridge leaked. We cleaned up water on the kitchen floor twice. The stairs to get down to the lower units are Steep and there are a lot of them. Carrying our stroller down was rough. The walls are thin, you can hear everything in the buildingAnd the shower took forever to drain, so the next person was showering in a pool of old water.
