Liked: The PERFECT location. From arrival, staff were so helpful, we upgraded our room which was the right call, great size for a family and opened onto the pool. Next to boardwalk, could see the sea, surfers and on 2 occasions dolphins

Liked: Beautiful hotel location and felt very safe walking the boardwalk, the surf, and going to nearby restaurants. Staff support was outstanding. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Would stay again.
Disliked: Reserved two deluxe rooms with full ocean view. One of the rooms was on the first floor and the other was on the second floor. The first-floor room was behind the pool area, behind the tables and umbrellas, behind the people at the pool. Not exactly full ocean view room. The people in that room were able to negotiate to move to another 3rd floor room for one night but had to move to another room the second night. The second night was a partial view room.

Liked: The hotel is located right next to the beach, separated from it only by a pedestrian path. The room was big enough with an additional living room. The room did not have a balcony, but the sitting area in front of it is separated from the rest of the hotel. The hotel provides breakfast, a swimming pool and a heated hot tub.
