Liked: location was ok.
Disliked: Updated modern facilities. Cleanliness was not good enough. Things were broken (like door handles, cracks in walls, painting was half done)

Value for money

Liked: The staff very welcoming. The place was very clean and beds very comfortable. Location was only 5minutes awqy from my place of event which was very convenient. Also close to the cafes in the Esplanade
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: It was lovely place to stay, perfect for us, nice and close to mon repos which was our only reason for the visit

Liked: We loved our 1 night stay - comfortable well equipped rooms, friendly owners. Waking distance to the pub, bakery, cafe, playground, beach, and a short drive to Mon Repos for our turtle encounter. Would stay again! Thanks.

Cute and comfy

Liked: We have stayed here several times for our kids' sporting events in the area. Staff are always lovely, cheerful, and accommodating. Rooms are always spotlessly clean and furnished nicely. The beds are very comfortable. We have and always will stay here when in the area. Excellent location, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The only minor negative is that the carparking is a little tight for larger cars, but this is nit picking, and there is plenty of street parking if required right outside.
