I was disappointed with my...

Liked: The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful.The pool was great.The people in the restaurant were helpful too.
Disliked: The room smelt of smoke.It was also very noisy in the morning.No appropriate food for children.Would have like water to drink in the fridge.

Great Stay

Liked: Great lovation, friendly staff as well! Planned to go out in the evening I arrived but due to massive storms over Brisbane I felt very comfortable in the room I was given. Amazing.

Great inner city hotel.

Liked: Proximity to CBD, free bus outside door, lovely park across the road. The breakfasts were delicious.
Disliked: Noise of construction close by, hotel can’t really help that.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was good, room was ok
Disliked: Bar and waiter staff need to be trained better, no idea some of them. The beer wasn't cold. Breakfast was cold after waiting so long. Ther was a food tray that sat in the foyer for 2 days with some left over food still on it, not good enough, very disappointing
