Liked: It was very quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and peaceful falling asleep. Everyone and everything there was quiet and polite!
Disliked: My room had dust around the lights fixtures next to bed, it messed with my asthma a little. I also did not like that some (not all) of the bottles provided (shampoo, ect. were either empty or used). The television is very small & there was only 1 outlet by the bed (usually there’s room for a phone charger at least) but it was taken up by both lamps..

Liked: It was on a bus route and only a 1/2 block walk to Van Ness Ave (Hwy 101) which was a relatively flat (hill-free) walkway for us to reach Fisherman’s Wharf about 8 blocks away. Recently updated floors and sparkling bathroom. No air conditioning but a rotating fan was supplied & doubled as white-noise for sleeping.
Disliked: The street was busy with muffler noise going uphill to Van Ness. There was complimentary coffee in the morning at the front office but nothing for continental breakfast as we were lead to believe there may be. Our daily breakfast was a steep 1-1/2 blk uphill walk to “The New Spot on Polk” at Van Ness, but well worth it as it was always delicious! Dinners were on Union about 2-3blks away in the other direction.
