Sweet 9 room inn. Quiet; friendly staff; updated bathroom; you even get a continental breakfast; close to everything including Kaiser Stadium.

Liked: Close to Kaiser Stadium and downtown. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was all new.
Disliked: Not too loud thumping music at dance club next door, but stopped at 11:00 - so not too bad.

The staff really took care of us. Breakfast was excellent. The room was cute and quaint. The hotel was within walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. If we are ever in Santa Cruz again, we will definitely stay here.

Convenient location for walk to The Catalyst for a concert at night and to the beach the next morning. Very contemporary room interior; the bathroom was especially cool with the zero-step entry to shower.

Liked: Very friendly staff, particularly Elise in the Front Office, who shared help tips on where to eat and places to go.
Disliked: None.

Beautiful small hotel a few blocks from the Catalyst. Little fire pit outside, super comfy bed, very kind staff. Loved it!

Liked: The property is great and the staff is great.
Disliked: We couldn’t get comfortable because we were on the 2nd floor and we can hear the room next to us being very loud, moaning, hitting walls, we couldn’t sleep well for that reason. And hearing footsteps from above. But it’s not the property’s fault.

Liked: The room and bathroom were very spacious and tastefully appointed; the pillow-top bed and sheets were super-comfy. Communication with staff was very prompt and pleasant. It is a small 9-room Inn, intimate and easy to navigate.
Disliked: The online info says they will lend or rent bicycles, but they claim to no longer be doing this.; a paucity of outlets in the room made for inconvenient charging of devices; the location is ideal in certain respects because it puts you within a block or two of the main shopping and entertainment area of Pacific Ave. as well as the wharf and West Cliffs, BUT, the block or two immediately surrounding the Inn is kind of seedy and lacks any pleasant distinction.
