Disliked: I was very disappointed as I had specified balcony ocean views But instead was given a floor apart with a courtyard facing away from the beachSo why show photos of a balcony looking at ocean and having the advertisement stated that all rooms have ocean views?

Liked: Amazing location and pleasant apartment
Disliked: We had a major problem trying to get our keys for the apartment but once this was resolved it was a great place to stay.

Disliked: Only one lift - being very petty as everything else was fantastic.

Disliked: cleanliness is really bad. I sent photos to management through this platform, as sadly we checked out on a Sunday when reception was not open so had nobody to speak to.they simply replied sorry it wasn't to our usual standard.
