Good hotel but could do...

Liked: Very nicely located and in nice tropical grounds. Swimming pools looked good even though I didn’t use them. Restaurant was good especially breakfast but didn’t like the preorder and prepayment setup.
Disliked: Was there for 3 nights and room was not serviced at all. Was having to dry towels on the balcony.

Pleasant

Liked: Great setting. great ammenities.
Disliked: was not told on booking that restaurant and bar were closed to guests due to a private function.

Very poor

Disliked: the room wasn't cleaned, in a 4 night stay i had the bed made once. the rooms were dated floor was uneven and the bed was the worst i had slept in.

Quick overnight stay half way...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: The building and rooms are old 1980s in need of full renovation

I would not recommend this...

Liked: Nothing.... Ah no, departure was looked forward to.
Disliked: Everything. Took $150 'deposit' to cover any damage which we might do to the room and/or property. What bullshit; the property is very old and tired looking, location is hopeless unless you want to be away from everything. Restaurant (for want of a better name!) is 200+m from the room we had.

Great facilities

Liked: Comfy beds, good kitchen, but the best part is all of the surrounds. The site is on a golf course, nice walks, lots of pools, tennis courts, basketball court, good restaurant, games room, a spa and hairdresser, gym.. just great facilities
Disliked: It's all a bit dated. A knife that could cut through a block of cheese would be nice (only 1 proper knife in the whole place and it was blunter than a butter knife).
