Very nice lobby and pool...

Liked: Nice clean rooms with large bed and water filtration unit on the first floor. Very nice lobby and pool area. Good location near the start of Alii drive.The unit’s AC was a window type that made a lot of noise when it ran, making it difficult to sleep each time it turned on.

A very basic room for...

Liked: We were upgraded to a pool-facing room. Late Evening check-in very efficient and information about morning coffee given. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Not value for money. The carpet in our room was stained and looked bad so we were interested that it was an upgrade. An expensive drive from the airport.

Amazing and we hope to...

Liked: It was absolutely amazing! We loved staying here and the staff was awesome. The had purified water which was amazing to fill up as you come and go. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and loved that they had washing machines available! Big bonus when traveling with kids. They have a cute coffee truck available in the morning and it’s such a great location. We enjoyed walking the Kona area. I absolutely loved staying here and hope to come back.
Disliked: The pool was cooler than expected and parking could be hard to find.

Would never go back

Disliked: Carpet very dirty, view was of a alley with junk, no restaurant, one staff was surly
