After two days I needed...

Liked: Good food and music in the restaurant.Place with a great potential, big garden and nice building but totally miss a good manager og plan. Nothing to do with SPA, should not be called this way. Sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and all SPA facilities are not working until booked in advanced, in the middle of the season (july). No way to work there as there is NO WIFI. It was hard to pay with card becouse of lack of internet. This could be a great thing, but than You need to write about it and wait for the guest who want to have a bit of peace. I was theere to work, as I got information that there is wifi in every room.
Disliked: - No wifi at all in any of two rooms I got- Sauna is not working until booked in advance- All SPA facilities are not workung until booked in advance- Tennis ground is old and not taken care of- swimming pool with cold water, some of glass walls are partly damages og dirty- ca 45 km from the nearest town with equiped grocery shop - there is billard board but the billiard cues are not straight and chalk have never beed there- no mobile signal, hard to talk on the phone- very high prise as for SPA hotel, but this hotel have nothing to do with SPA. I payed over 500 PLN for a night for one adult and a small kid.- first room I. was accomodated in was without window, with awfull smell of humidity and fungus- Second room was smelling ok, but there was rust in the bathroom and shower was not working properly- Forget to work from this place, there is no connection to the internet.- No hair conditioner, just small shower gel in a tube. Good weekend thanks to the stadf

Liked: The staff were excellent, Justyna and Gosia took time to interact with our 4 year old son and nothing was to much trouble. Food was very good.
Disliked: The hotel was starting to look a little tired and could do with some tlc.
