Super nice staff, very weel...

Liked: The staff was among the nicest I’ve ever encountered. I’m probably butchering his name, but Stam, the night receptionist, was the sweetest person ever. The location is amazing—right in the middle of everything. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Overall, 10/10! It definitely exceeds its value.

Exceptional

Liked: Incredible location, literally next to the cathedral (the bells were not as disturbing as I'd expected). Really helpful staff, too (I forgot my charger in my room, and they kindly said they'd mail it to my home address). Spacious room.
Disliked: The different parts of the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) were separated, and the shower 'cubicle' didn't have a door or screen of any kind, so though very long, water leaked onto the surrounding floor.

Excellent location

Liked: Excellent location next to the cathedral, within the Old Town District of Antwerp. Comfy bed with two pillows, good shower pressure, plenty of towels and a hairdryer. Room was warm on a very cold night. Good lighting in the room and sockets and USB near the bed. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: No lift and the staircase is very narrow and quite steep. We were on the top floor with one small suitcase each so we managed but would be difficult for people with more luggage or mobility issues. No tea or coffee in the room and once your in the room with that staircase you feel like you want to limit the amount of times you use it! We bought a bottle of water from a shop nearby. There was noise from the cathedral bells (but not during the night) and revellers in the street until about 2am but we expected that given the location.

Management is terrible, location is...

Liked: Location is absolutely perfect, right next to the cathedral and in walking distance of.most of Antwerp's highlights.The hotel is beautiful, with a nice and energetic colour scheme. We booked the small room (2.4) which was very nice and cosy when it comes to layout.
Disliked: Something was making a very annoying noise during the night. It started every two hours (more of less) and lasted for a couple of minutes. It woke me up multiple times at night. This made it impossible to rest. Also the shower door was leaky so there was a ton of water in the room after each shower. When confronting the owner of the hotel, she blamed me for it, and admitted she knew about the noise and the door. But we were NOT informed of these defects or how to handle them beforehand. We were scolded on WhatsApp for complaining and were told that we should realise we were lucky to get a room for the price we paid. The price would've been right if the room was in order.Turns out there was a heater underneath a big panel behind the bed. It didn't look at all as if a guest was supposed to remove this panel. There was also no instruction in the room about this.A 10% discount was offered on a next visit, but that unlikely to happen. In short: nice hotel, nice location. Terrible management and surprisingly rude and judgemental, trying to blame defect on the guests instead of owning up to big mistakes.Will report to Booking.

Tiny slice of comfort.

Liked: The location is excellent, surrounded by a lively neighborhood. The room is fun and very compact, perfect for overnight stays. Very close to Grotte Markt. Large comfortable bed.
Disliked: If you require assistance, it can be hard to find staff. The price was a bit high for the product.

Liked: I like how the hotel was walking distance to all the shops. All the amenities were working.
Disliked: My girlfriend almost got stuck in the bathroom because she closed the sliding door, its very dangerous, imagine having an emergency and you cant get in or out. I hope it gets fixed. Its not soundproof you can hear people talking outside and inside. And there is no closet, for the price there should be atleast a small closet.
