Liked: The location was ideal for the Apollo theatre and Victoria tube station.Unlimited tea and coffee from communal area on the stair case.Lots of cafes and pubs close by.It was clean and tidy.
Disliked: We had to walk through the toilet and shower to get into the room.Only 1 towel each.Beds were hard.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: you enter the room and you are immediately in the toilet, it is not clean and it is not safe under health and safety and fire regulation. I have reported to health and safety for a check up. I stay one minute and I run away I asked compensation but it was refuse even partial refund was refused. Do not book this hotel. I forgot to take photos to show so you could have an idea.

Great location for Victoria.

Liked: The location was great and the person who checked us in was lovely. We had arrived in London at 10am and he accommodated us by allowing us to check in early at 11am.
Disliked: The night before check out, I asked if late check was possible the next morning since we weren't leaving London till 3pm. The person behind the reception desk said yes and confirmed for a noon check out. But the next morning at 10:30am someone from reception was banging on the room door and asked us to leave at normal check out time.Was only provided one small bath towel per person, and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay so we had keep the damp bath towel for both nights.

Liked: The bed was like a piece of wood (I like firm, but this was 'solid'), and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was nice. Easy access to Victoria station.
