Liked: Location is very good.
Disliked: Room is very small and size of the bed. For few nights stay it’s ok if you are returning to the room just to sleep and go out again.

Liked: For the cost it was as expected. Perfect for 1 night cheep and cheerful trip to London. We only needed it to sleep. Shower was good.
Disliked: For the price was not expecting much, some cleaness issues but not too bad.

Liked: Urn of hot water available 24/7
Disliked: Blue milk and no option of green milk or sweetener. Beds a bit hard! No remote for the TV

Liked: It was very close to Victoria Coach/ Train station
Disliked: The fact that I was asked to pay £3 before I was given the key as they said I had only paid £112 despite the fact that I showed that I had paid £115. My “upgraded” room was tiny and the bed was very uncomfortable.
