Shitest place to stay in...

Disliked: Drug dealers and smell of weed in every room..Dead bolt was broken and no fridge or microwave was available.

Liked: The room was tidy and in order
Disliked: That the rate was already expensive enough not to mention the $25 dollar late check in fee due to in climate weather. It really irritated me!

It’s hot and nasty and...

Liked: Nothing it was hot nasty and had roaches. The toilet would not flush from the get-go it took him to the next day to get it fixed. The light bulb went out on the one little lamp we had and they couldn’t even get us a light bulb. Said it would be tomorrow morning and that is when I was checking out. The carpet make my feet black walking on it. Very very disappointed.

Liked: Booking.com added a PREPAY FEE to my bill without my acknowledgement! OYO HOTEL gave me itemized bill in correct amount as discounted room booking mobile that day. On bill they showed the extra charge by Booking com as "rounding off"?? This was extra $35.00 PREPAY FEE?? NO. It is a surcharge for using Booking.com and I'm not paying this fee! I have worked night AUDIT 2 motels and this isn't legal! I've never paid PREPAY FEE and called my bank to dispute charge! Who lists a third party charge as "rounding off"? I will never use Booking.com again! It is obvious third party surcharge fee! The internet offer said discounted rate and deposit for that day on mobile!
Disliked: OYO Hotel was aware I complained to Booking.com! I would not have known of PREPAY FEE if hadnt phoned my bank to check transactions. OYO Hotel DID not overcharge. IT was damn Booking.com. The staff at hotel were nice courteous. The room did not have microwave or refrigerator which made week stay more expensive. But Booking.com had no right to add FEE for an advertised discount which OYO Hotel honored.
