Liked: It was absolutely ok. Standard London hotel.
Disliked: Any of these negative feedback - people booked hotel room for half price and then expect 5* room. This hotel is absolutely ok. Everything worked. OK clean. Nice bed. Nothing to complain.

Liked: Reception counter is friendly to solve my problem ex. Store my bag in advance before check in. Room isn't large but enough for one person. Price is pretty cheap in the center of hotzone near Victoria station. Will come again for next UK trip.
Disliked: Heater in the room isnt workable or maybe i don't know how to use it. Equipment is little bit old fashioned. Ex TV remote....

Convenient transportation, clean room, separate...

Liked: It is very convenient to walk to the coach, train, underground and bus station in 10-15 minutes.
Disliked: It would be better if the shower head was installed on the wall instead of overhead.

Liked: Location is great, rooms and bathroom(shower) very small..if breakfast would be available like a B&B would be fantastic! In general good value for money

This is overpriced, as there...

Liked: Location near Victoria coach station. Our room had modern bathroom facilities. Main entrance door was secure and the reception showed us how to operate that. They agreed to a late (10:30am) checkout, instead of 10:00 am. The reception man was friendly and did offer to carry a heavy cabin bag up the 2flights of stairs.
Disliked: There was no in-room (essential?) kettle or tea/coffee etc. (The nearest convenience shop for food and drinks was about 10 minutes walk away, in a side street). No double-glazing to windows, so street noise was unavoidable. No wash-basin stopper, so water just went straight to waste. Lift entry-levels were idiotically located midway between guest-room floors, so all guests need to hump luggage up at least two flights of stairs, on arrival and on departure. Furniture was a bit old and scratched. Room size was pokey. No dining/ breakfast facilities were available (none were advertised however). On entry, my bed bottom sheet was distinctly rumpled, which left me truly disquieted (having previously been a B&B Proprietor (AA 4-Stars) for 17 years). The room temperature was too low (central heating was off during the daytime and only came on at bedtime.)
