Liked: I would definitely stay here again, people at the front desk always helpful and willing to make your stay comfortable. Our bus was leaving at 11 pm and we could leave our luggage at guard without Any problem!!!

Disliked: Staff member was extremely unhelpful. Was trying to get in touch with the hotel for a week before my date but couldn't. When I got to reception and said I have been calling the staff member couldn't be less helpful.

Overbooked, unhelpful staff, and no...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: The hotel was overbooked and I couldn't cancel my reservation through booking. I had to look for a place to stay at 10:00PM. Staff was stalling . I've tried to contact OYO support but with no result. I recommend calling before arriving if the have any free rooms available.
