Disliked: Door handle tricky to use, difficult to enter the room.Bed sheets and covers had strong bleach/chlorine smell.Noisy location, single glazed windows. No temperature or heating controls. Hair dryer in room was broken

Disappointing

Liked: The location is perfect and the staff working is really good and lovely.
Disliked: The place in general is small, and dirty, sheets on the bed got spoilt of dirt, the carpet is clearly dirty when you entrance you see, the toilet is super super small, a lot dust under the bed and around because I'm allergic to dust and I was all night crying and sneezing honestly the staff it was really nice and they are really helpful.

Liked: Good location, comfortable clean beds, staff were nice and there was always someone on the front desk
Disliked: Steep stairs to rooms, key system a bit odd, bathroom drains smelled and the bathroom heater was very rusted
