Liked: I didn’t like anything about the experience.
Disliked: First I booked online and from the pictures it looked fine. When I checked in the hotel lobby had a smell to it but that could be because of animals so I ignored it but when I got to my room it was nasty. There was false eyelashes in the sick and dirty rags in the back room along with mold on the shade of the lamps so I went and talked to them they put me in a different room that was worse. Their was bugs and a dirty bed and bathroom so I left and was refused a refund I didn’t even stay their an hour I walked to both rooms and walked back that was it but they still couldn’t issue a refund

TERRIBLE

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: EVERYTHING. THE STAFF WAS RUDE. I had driven 6 hours after i confirmed over the phone the day of that my reservation is valid.. ONCE I GET THERE THE AFRICAN AT THE FRONT DESK IS INSTANTLY RUDE. they oversold rooms and eventually accommodations were made. After going back and forth the receptionist lets me know that the deposit must be paid in cash in all my years i’ve never had to pay for a hotel or deposit in cash. Once he realized I was not doing that he eventually stopped playing with me. 0/10

A nightmare

Liked: Shut the hotel down. The pictures on the website is very misleading. Nothing works in the room. Nasty and not clean.
Disliked: Everything was horrible

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed...

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The rooms and lobby were gross. Our shower was so nasty on the inside we also were not given any towels. We only had a sheet on the bed and the air conditioner was broken and blew at 55 degrees the entire time. There was a laundry hamper with a man’s shoes, pants, and hats in the closet of our room. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I will not stay at another OYO hotel after this experience.

Disliked: This place was nasty and the staff were not friendly. We did not have any towels in the room and had to ask for them. The remote did not work, no blanket or bedspread only a sheet. The carpet and floor were not clean.
