Stay Away

Liked: The maid the only thing they got right!!!
Disliked: Everything!! We moved three times doing our week stay! They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with Tv and internet in the rooms! The hotel smell really bad and leaking water on carpet coming from who knows where!!! Key to room wouldn’t work had to keep resetting it to make it work!!! Elevator was out most of the stay!! It was so nosey people and kids running up and down hall it was horrible!! The only reason we stayed because no refund!!! Stay away from this place they have some serious work to do from staff to hotel!! Best thing they have is the maid service really nice lady!!! Oh don’t need ice because machine doesn’t work!!! If I cold give negative one I would!!! Thanks for making my vacation crappy!!! Get your act together!!!!
