I wouldn't stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Liked: It was close to the show we were going to.
Disliked: Room was extremely small; walls were extremely thin and heard other people in the halls; elevator was broken; hallways were extremely hot.

Pleasant

Liked: Location wise, it's right next Times Square and to the subway station. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room request was not approved because in order for a two-bed bedroom, I would need to stay only two nights. AC was not working properly, only the first night. Try to request for it to be reset around 11pm and they said they would, but didn't. Next morning, I called again and AC was not fixed until the afternoon.

Liked: Downstairs toilets were unpleasant most of the time. Furniture in lobby needs cleaning. Room cleaning was patchy..didn't always get all clean towels. Room small but worked well and was quiet. NY is expensive so we chose a budget hotel. One improvement would be to provide a coffee maker in the lobby lounge so guests could get a hot drink (even if it cost a small amount).Some staff were pleasant.

Liked: Well…. If you tilt your head to the left you won’t hit your head on the TV as you walk around the bed. It’s a small place, but can’t beat the location.
