I wouldn't stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Liked: It was close to the show we were going to.
Disliked: Room was extremely small; walls were extremely thin and heard other people in the halls; elevator was broken; hallways were extremely hot.

Liked: Staff was great. Location was awesome. There was no breakfast. We were first given a tiny room and then moved to a great room that was twice the size.

Liked: Very well located in the heart of Broadway, next to Times Square. Very pleasant cleaners in the hotel.
Disliked: The room was very tight for space. The bed was cheap, and creaked easily. No tea or coffee making facilities. Bathroom was adequate, no more.

Disliked: This is a decent hotel at the center of Times Square. They put me in a room, which wasn't that great the first night, but they moved me to a better room after I requested. S I have a MAJOR complaint about the costs - they withdrew 600 USD first night for a security deposit from my card, which they have not returned yet, and are giving me the runaround. I have written a complain to several authorities in the US. Hopefully, they get audited and their approach to security deposits gets analyzed. Will not be staying there next year despite the great location.
