Disliked: Wouldn’t stop again which is a shame as been coming here for years Rooms definitely need updating and heating and plumbing need sorting

Liked: Very close to all amenities in the town with free car park.
Disliked: We stayed in the converted stables.. The room smelt a lil musty when first entering but wouldn't put me off from staying there again... bathroom

No frills overnight stay

Liked: The location was good for our purposes though parking was a little tight.The room was warm due to the free standing heater.
Disliked: The bedroom:-The room was quite small and awkward to navigate within.The 'double' bed was quite small - most probably a 'queen' size as opposed to a standard double and made for an uncomfortable night for the two of us.The TV (very small) and awkwardly placed for viewing (power socket and aerial socket available on wall directly opposite the bed but not used).Power socket by bed fitted with a 'multi-socket cube' A number of problems with the bathroom:-1. No hot water from the sink (mixer tap) no matter how long you ran it (15 mins on one setting and 10 on the other in case hot and cold were switched - no indication which way was which). I tried to fill the sink using the shower head (electric shower) but before I had replaced the shower head the sink had emptied - faulty washer/seal on the plug.2. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close fully.3. The extractor fan in the bathroom was turned off at the isolator switch and when switched on made an awful screeching noise.No telephone or coffee machine supplied even though advertised as being provided.

Disliked: Room was cold and smells damp. Needs a deep clear. Shower leaked shower head dirty. Bed was lumpy, spring sticking out mattress worst nights sleep ever.
