The new owners really made...

Liked: Beautiful rooms … we stayed in the hideaway and it was amazing … the shower was to die for and the bath was just amazing. The new owners made our wedding day so special . They went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic meal for us and our guests … thank you !
Disliked: Nothing … everything was perfect

Pleasant

Liked: It was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were nice, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our breakfast was cold, the butter was out of date and the window I couldn't get to close on the night and had to leave it open and their was some loud people outside and woke my husband up. The room was a little small for the price and needed some maintenance in some places of the room. Could do with re painting and new wall paper too as some was coming off were the raidator cover was.

Liked: Staff where very accomindating and helped with anything excellent location
Disliked: The room still had ballons on the floor that had been from the last guests the room was very warm no air con worked had fans which when you turned on blew dust out

Lovely just little things let...

Liked: We stayed in the garden lodge it was gorgeous when we walked in the bed was comfy hot tub was very private
Disliked: Little thing let down the stay the steps to the hot tub were broken could cause a accident they were falling apart the filter cover on the hot tub was broken we spent more time trying to out it in then anything it was really off putting The light socket near the bed was hanging off This just let down the whole experience which was a shame because everything else was beautiful

Liked: Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Nicely furnished.
Disliked: Downstairs smelled. Chef wasn't in so no nice breakfast and very poor substitute offered! Limited toiletries offered & nothing special done even though it was a special occasion. Was a bit disappointing....

Disliked: Says parking is £10 for the day but it's not. There's plenty of street parking in front but it's 90p for half an hour!!
