Disappointing

Liked: The location was really nice, the receptionist was really friendly, willing to storage our bags after our checkout free of charge
Disliked: It wasn't clean as it should

Disliked: It was full of mould and when they cleaned they ruined my jumper with bleach

Liked: Unfortunately only I positions was nigh receptionist who was kind and at least tried to help with extra towels and bedding.
Disliked: Room 18- prepare for narrow staircase typical for the build however room is triple which means double bed and single bed in bedroom with 1 window no desk, no cupboards, no wardrobes a literally it was difficult to move in there. No space for lugging or clothes, 2 hangers. Bathroom pathetic small and old. Everything would be excused but the dirt and mess, bedding amd towels smelled horrible, I had yo ask for extra towel and linen to be sure it is clean. Bathrooms had hair everywhere, dust and dirt in shower and sink. That room didn't see vacuum cleaner for ages. Headboards of beds smelling, ripped curtain, broken window glass, dust and mould.Room is on top floor and is extremely cold, central heating didn't work, showers has no pressures and for water you have to wait at least 15 minutes to start running and then another 15 for hot water(no joking) water is hot or cold nothing between. Noise all night from neighbouring rooms and banging doors. Don't bother to ask for cleanings service as they will take your rubbish and do the bed that's it, no bathroom refresh or fresh cups. Amenities are not provided. 1 towel per person. Day receptionist Fatima. Unhelpful when asked fora room change she laughed saying I booked double but got triple so what else do I want. I was told by her that they were full so no possibility to change room but her colleague in night told me opposite and rooms weren't available to book via booking.com so obviously she lied. I worked in hotels and understand difficulties over Christmas and low budget hotels so older furniture or lack of Amenities is understandable but dirt and bad personal are not. Do not recommend and even though the location is great it's not worth of it and it is not the cheapest hotel too.
