Terrible experience

Liked: The hotel and the services were pathetic the room which we got was stinking of sewage when we tried to speak to the hotel manager to get it replaced there was nobody approachable. We even tried calling them but nobody picked up during the checkout when we raised it to the receptionist They gave us no reply and response on asking for a compensation. We were told that they’ll get back to us which doesn’t seem to be happening. I would seriously want to raise this and I won’t suggest anybody to visit this place as you will get a stinking unhygienic room and the bedsheets and duvet was dirty as well not at all value for money as we paid one £29 for just one night and if somebody can look into this and get me a compensation would be nice as the hotel clearly didn’t do anything about it.

Nice little London break

Liked: Excellent value for money staff were extremely friendly especially fatima, very helpful and pleasant. Good location clean and good facilities
Disliked: Maybe two pillows as the pillow was a little flat but that's a push it was still very comfortable

Exceptional

Fantastic room, location and staff...

Liked: I was worried about this place because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly blown away. The size of the room was quite good, especially for being in such a fantastic spot in London. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was blazing hot immediately, and could be easily controlled. I liked the adjustable showerhead, the size of the bathroom, the mix of remodeled new bathroom and traditional decor and layout in the room. There was soap, really nice quality towels, and spaces to hang and place stuff. The staff was so friendly and kind. They accomodated our request for a room with limited stairs. We did get the room by the receptionist, but there is a heavy fire door right before the room door, so I didn't notice any noise from in and outgoing hotel guests. The location is fantastic for tourists because it is just a short walk to Victoria Coach Station and the underground, so you can catch tour buses and also the bus to various airports from there. Loved the location as well.
