Good

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: No soap in bathroom. Travelled with a child so was expecting I could get a room close but had to go to I think the 3rd floor without lift

Perfect for our Theatre trip,...

Liked: Perfect for our location. Perfect for me Mum & Daughter to stay in the 1 bedroom, not very often you get a room for 3.VERY CLEAN and VERY comfortable, we all slept well in the beds *
Disliked: We hadn’t been advised it was going to be up 4 or 5? Flights of stairs! Carrying suitcases (thankfully smallish) but Mum is 77!!!! Thankfully we got her up them & the room was great - but it should be pointed out when booking.

Convenient but not good quality

Liked: Was a close walk to tube stations and to tourist attractions
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, tv hanging off the wall. The room was very cold. The hotel in general had a very odd smell
